Where is the departure location?

The event coach will leave from a central location in Corner Brook. Check specific event details.

What is the departure time?

Each event will have a detailed information package available on our website including times of arrival and departures.

Can I sit with my friend or group?

Yes, seating is not pre-arranged on the coach so you may sit with a friend, near a group or simply take the next available seat.

Is there any money back guarantee for cancellations?

Yes, up to 10 business days prior to departure we are happy to provide a 50% refund. However, if you must cancel your trip for any reason with less than 10 business days then we are unable to offer a refund. If the special event is canceled prior to departure then we will offer a 100% refund.

Is there any circumstance where the bus would be canceled?

We will never willingly cancel a trip but in event of unforeseen weather conditions you will be contacted immediately. Leading up to the event departure if there is some question about weather conditions you can check twitter or website for updates.

How much luggage can I take?

We have no restrictions on personal luggage as far as weight is concerned. Please make a special request with us for any oversized luggage items and we will do our best to accommodate.

Will the bus driver stop for breaks upon request?

Our priorities are your safety and comfort so when it is safe to do so our driver will accommodate requests for rest stops.

What is included in the cost?

Each event will have its own package description available on our website. When possible, we will offer a rate option for coach or coach+hotel at special rates. You must arrange for event tickets at your own discretion.
